This broiler pan will set you free. I've been using this pan instead of the one that came with my oven. In fact, I also have one at my second home. The reason it's so great is because it really is non-stick. Imagine broiling steak, chicken or even cheesy things and having little or nothing to clean up. Simply soak the pan and grate in soapy water while you eat your broiled items, then rinse and put it away for another day. The worst thing to be said about the pan is that every 3-4 years,with a lot of use, you'll probably have to buy another one. Mine eventually scratch and lose their non-stick surface. Also they take a beating in Viking ovens as the ovens get so hot that you can sometimes overheat the non-stick surface. However, in a regular oven they work wonderfully. I'm buying my third one today in 12 years.
