I really enjoy using this roasting pan. I've had great success roasting poultry, pork loins and legs of lamb in it. The meat browns nicely since it is kept out of the pan juices by the rack. The non-stick coating works very well and prevents veggies or whatever else you may be roasting in the bottom of the pan from sticking to it. I would offer some advice to the person who had pieces of the non-stick coating coming off during cleaning: you have to soak all non-stick pans in very hot, soapy water for a while after use to soften and break up the food particles that are stuck to the pan. Otherwise, it is very likely that hard cleaning with a scouring pad will remove the coating, since the food is fused to it. If you follow this easy step, I doubt you'll have any problems.
